A successful example does not guarantee the same motion or likeness for another photo. Choose a well-lit portrait with one pet and an unobstructed face; see the photo checklist before using a credit.
What your credit includes
One credit covers one approximately five-second silent MP4 animation from one cat or dog photo. Framing depends on your input; a vertical 9:16 result is not guaranteed. Several angles are not combined into a pet model. Another generation uses another credit.
The other cat and dog demonstrations include separate creative edits. Their lettering and decorative borders are not included in automatic generation. You can add a greeting in your own editor or in the message accompanying your downloaded file.
From your photo to your download
- Choose one suitable JPG, PNG or WebP under 10 MB that you have permission to process.
- Sign in with Google and purchase a credit. Buying a credit does not start a generation.
- Return to your photo, check the selection and submit Generate.
- Check My videos for progress and download the completed MP4. Automatic completion emails are not currently available.
Queue times vary. Do not submit another job just to check progress. Save a copy of your completed video; generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days under the Privacy Policy.
If the result has a problem
A technical generation failure returns the generation credit. If a file is corrupt or unplayable, or clearly does not depict the uploaded pet, contact Support within 14 days of completion. After review, one replacement credit may be granted for one remake per affected video. Ordinary AI variation or a style preference does not automatically qualify for a refund or free remake.
