Terms of Service

Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Service apply to Paw Birthday website visits, free inquiries and paid custom pet-video orders. Sending an inquiry is free and does not create an order. Secure Waffo checkout is offered through a private order link after photo review. Before accepting payment, we will confirm the operator details, approved photo, greeting, deliverable, total price and delivery deadline in writing and present these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy for your acceptance. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these Terms.

One-time billing only

Each accepted order is charged once for the agreed video. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or automatic renewals. The one-time price is US$2.99 for one approximately five-second silent vertical MP4 at 720 x 1280 with one pet name and a short greeting. The final total, currency and any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. Any extra video, replacement photo or additional motion generation requires a separate quote and your express agreement; it is never charged automatically.

Production, delivery and corrections

We review each photo individually. Production starts only after payment, confirmation of the final brief and your express instruction to begin; submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not start production. We will record and confirm when production starts. We deliver a downloadable MP4 by the agreed deadline through the delivery method confirmed with you. One correction of a text or spelling error we introduce is included at no extra charge. Defects, missing delivery and cancellation are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Additional creative changes are not unlimited revisions.

Photo rights and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 or the legal age to enter this contract where you live. Submit only a pet photo you own or have sufficient permission to share with us and our AI processing provider for the agreed use. No people, unauthorized or infringing images, illegal material, sexual content, cruelty, harassment or deceptive impersonation are permitted. Do not remove a watermark to avoid licensing requirements. You grant only the permission needed to process your materials and fulfil the order; we do not acquire ownership of your source photo. Public display of customer photos or videos requires separate express permission.

Violations, suspension and termination

If we reasonably suspect a rights violation, prohibited content, fraud or abuse, we may request evidence of permission, pause processing, refuse production, cancel the affected order or stop providing the service. We will explain the reason and offer a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue where lawful and practical. Material that is clearly illegal or unsafe may be rejected immediately. Any payment is handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy: a violation does not automatically forfeit all money paid. We may retain only lawful, disclosed charges for work already performed and will refund any unearned balance. Statutory refund rights remain unchanged.

AI limitations and permitted use

The result is AI-assisted creative animation, not real footage or evidence of an event. AI can alter eyes, fur, markings, limbs and movement; exact likeness, specific complex actions, exclusive copyright protection, social-platform acceptance and commercial performance are not guaranteed. Samples demonstrate particular results and do not guarantee every photo. You may download and share the finished card for the personal purpose agreed in the order; business use must be confirmed before payment and remains subject to source-image and third-party rights. Known AI limitations do not excuse a corrupt file, missing delivery or a material failure to meet the agreed brief.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we give no additional warranty of uninterrupted website availability, error-free AI output or fitness for an undisclosed purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities to the extent such exclusions are lawful. Our aggregate liability arising from an affected order is limited to the amount paid for that order to the extent permitted by law. These limits do not restrict refunds owed under our policy, mandatory consumer remedies, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Policy changes and support

The version accepted when an order is placed applies to that order; later website changes do not retroactively remove your rights. For cancellation, refunds, rights concerns or service support, use the Contact page and select Other support. Include your inquiry or order reference and reply email.
